JULIA MANDARA
CF-L1, CPR, AED, B.S. EXERCISE SCIENCE
I'm currently a senior at Sacred Heart University, graduating in 2025 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Human Clinical Nutrition. This fall, I plan to continue my academic journey at Brooklyn College, where I’ll be pursuing my Master’s in Physical Education. Outside of the classroom, I’m an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha, where I’ve had the opportunity to support our main philanthropy—breast cancer awareness—and serve on the Mental Health Committee to help foster well-being within our community.
I’ve always been passionate about sports and movement. My hobbies include basketball, flag football, running/track, and strength training. I’ve also been a proud member of OutbeBridge for the past 10 years, which has helped shape my commitment to fitness and personal growth.
